Eli will play at 1:40pm.

Join us for a true Knoxtacular: all day, all live, all local!

The Knoxville Mercury, the The Knoxville History Project, and community-supported radio station WDVX present a free, day-long variety show in support of Knoxville's independent voices.

Featuring Knoxville musicians, poets, comedians, and more, the show will be broadcast live on WDVX 89.9 FM—it's a radiothon, folks! We'll be raising funds to help keep WDVX on the air and the Mercury on the streets.

Here's who we've signed up so far:

MUSICIANS: CrumbSnatchers, hudson k, Kelle Jolly, Dixieghost, Knox County Jug Stompers, Blond Bones, The Jank, Chillbillies, Lewell and Lora Molen, Aaron Tracy, Brent Thompson, Jonathan Sexton, and Eli Fox.

PLUS: Kathryn Frady Marvel of Marble City Opera, Brad Reeves of the Tennessee Archive of Moving Image and Sound, local photographer and man about town Bill Foster, and the reliably unpredictable Jack Rentfro.

POETS: Liam Hysjulien, Black Atticus, Dawn Coppock, and Marilyn Kallet

EMCEES: Former WUOT morning host Chrissy Keuper and comedian Victor Agreda Jr.
